Technical support services
Software licenses
Third-party subscriptions
Premium themes, plugins, templates, or digital downloads
Any custom or one-time professional service that has already been delivered
To qualify for a refund:
The request must be submitted within 15 calendar days of the purchase date.
The account must comply with our Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy.
The service must not have been used for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.
You must provide your Order ID or Invoice Number with your refund request.
Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.
Refunds are typically processed within 5–14 business days, depending on your payment provider or financial institution.
